Share Your Medical Plan Feedback with the County

The County of Marin is conducting a request for proposal (RFP) to replace the Anthem Blue Cross PPO plan, which has grown increasingly unaffordable in recent years. As part of the RFP process, retirees covered by the Kaiser Silver, Kaiser Low and Anthem Blue Cross plans sponsored by the County are encouraged to share concerns and provide feedback by completing a short survey.

You can complete the survey in one of the following ways:
